Each person within our creative group of professionals brings something unique to the table. It's not just the degrees we've earned, the books we've read or the fact that we work extremely hard to discover these solutions. It's who we are. Our Team
Adam VanNoord is a graphic designer, web developer, and principal with Increment Creative Design & Marketing, LLC. He likes it when things look good. Really good. Therefore, as a rule, when he assists clients in reaching for Brand Greatness and reveals an attractive and professional image for their company, he likes it.
AV has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Multimedia Production and offers tip top design services in conjunction with what seems to be a natural, intrinsic entreprenuerial spirit. He's your man.
Michael Van Ryn is our New Business & Accounts Manager. He has a degree in economics.
Kelly Siler is a writer, graphic designer and self-described logophile (come on - it means "lover of words"). But don't assume she's an anti-social writer/designer-nerd. (Ok, so it's probably only partially true.)
As a former prof of research writing and with a background in marketing and publishing, Kelly is eager and equipped to knock the socks off any of your copywriting needs.
Eric Geiss is one of those guys you call up when you have something really complicated to make. Born and bred in the heart of Wisconsin, not only is he a dependable freelance programmer/designer, but he can sing just about any song on the positive side of a top-ten chart and sing it well. Yeah, he rocks and rolls.
A trained graphic designer with a degree and a geek at heart, Eric has over 15 years of experiencing creating both print materials and database-driven web applications. He speaks code and knows good design.
Ray Siler started his own paparazzi wedding photography business 6 years ago. His photo style is inspired by raw emotion, unique lighting and things that look really awesome. He loves to find new locations for his photo shoots and has all the skills and tools necessary to create great images of you, your business, your product, or your idea.
He spends his days buying new lenses, researching new marketing ideas, and dreaming about what the next Apple product will be.
